Data processing by us

The data you enter on our social media pages, such as comments, videos, images, ‘likes’, public posts, etc., is published by the social media platform and is never used or processed by us for any other purpose. We reserve the right to delete content only where necessary. Where applicable, we may share your content on our page if this is a feature of the social media platform and communicate with you via the social media platform. You always have the option of sending us confidential enquiries to the address given in the legal notice.

In particular, we do not use the demographic, interest-based, behaviour-based or location-based target group definitions for advertising that the social media platform operator may make available to us. Overall, we do not use the social media platform for advertising purposes. With regard to the statistics provided to us by the social media platform provider, we have only limited control over them and cannot disable them. However, we ensure that no additional optional statistics are made available to us.

Data processing by the social media platform operator

The social media platform operator uses web tracking methods. This web tracking may take place regardless of whether you are logged in or registered with the social media platform. As previously explained, we unfortunately have little control over the social media platform’s web tracking methods. For example, we cannot disable them.

Please be aware that it cannot be ruled out that the social media platform provider may use your profile and behavioural data, for example to analyse your habits, personal relationships, preferences, etc. In this respect, we have no influence over the processing of your data by the social media platform provider.

Further information on data processing by the social media platform provider and other options for objecting can be found in the provider’s privacy policy:

- Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/update

In cases where we are jointly responsible for processing with the social media platform, you can find the key details of the joint processing of your data here:
